The Dinosaur Ridge people maintain a special trail on the west side of Fossil Trace, called the Triceratops Trail.  It's a bit difficult to find, but worth it, as the short walk leads you to some great fossils.

Located a few miles south of Golden is a world-renowned "outdoor museum" dedicated to the dinosaur discoveries made here in the Golden area.  Many dinosaur fossils have been extracted from this area, and fossilized footprints are easy to spot.  The museum includes a Visitors' Center and trails filled with interpretive signs to help visitors understand what they're seeing in the rock formations.

One of Golden’s newer parks, the equipment includes a dinosaur climbing structure, an enormous brass tortoise, a digging pit complete with dinosaur bones to "discover," a climbing wall, and a grass maze. This is a great park for the younger set.
